striker Posted February 28, 2018 Share Posted February 28, 2018 I live not too far from Bristol, very cold down here and pitches will definitely be frozen but no snow yet. We are due to get some snow tomorrow and forecast to linger into the weekend so a decent chance it will not go ahead, which in our current predicament is a good thing. bradowl Posted February 28, 2018 Share Posted February 28, 2018 It is possible that it will get a bit warmer this weekend down South though there's a lot of uncertainty with computer model predictions. Some have an area of low pressure (named storm Emma) tracking up towards South of Ireland which would sweep milder air up to South of UK first then us up here early next week. Other models show the low moving East across English channel which would keep us all in very cold air with the threat of snow continuing well into next week.
