The gap is now 7 points...

Recommended Posts

Convinced that 3 of the teams below us won’t get as many points as we do between now and the end of the season. Having said that, the sooner we start getting points on the board the better.

Next 3 are Bristol City away, Ipswich at home and Bolton at home. We should be looking at 7 points there minimum, 9 not inconceivable. And that will virtually get us safe.

law of averages says the teams at the bottom will hit some kind of form at one point

gonna go to the wire

I’m not convinced the teams at the bottom will be welcoming the likes of Tom Lees, Barry Bannan and Gary Hooper into their teams before the end of the season.

Play like we did today and against Derby and we’ll be fine.

No it doesn't. The season isn't finished yet. Only until its mathematical impossible to be relegated can anyone say that likes its a fact.

So you’re saying the table does lie. Ooooh, controversial!

Sunderland look doomed.

Burton look weak too.

Birmingham have gone on a terrible run since coming here .

Reading also look awful.

Yes we are down there but I feel we can get some points to see us safe.

I hope it goes to the last day and we stay up with a 5-4 win over Norwich with George Hirst scoring an injury time penalty to keep us up on goal difference

Dont think my ticker could take that Neil
