You would normally expect groans when a penalty was missed but nearly everyone was laughing and the rest were amazed at what they had just seen. for those thet did not see it it went almost vertical from his boot and went at least 40 foot in The only danger to opposition was to theirgoalkeper who ricked his neck in watching ball. When the ball came down ref was not able to blow whistle for laughing it was that amazing. I have never seen a worse attempt at a penalty Interestingly best penalty I have ever seen taken for any team was by Kevin Pressman for us against Wolves.
