This brings to mind the Carlos call for creating a positive environment. At the end of the day this what Megson also preached. We need to give the players confidence by creating the right atmosphere. Whilst I subscribe the idea that the team should create the atmosphere by their style of play, in times of need the fans need to step forward. Whinge and moan until we get manager after manager sacked; forget stability and giving someone the chance to turn the results around. If Big Ron had have been around in today’s environment of instance gratification & social media; he’d have been sacked after managing us to relegation in 89-90; with a team of Wednesday legends. I get where you’re coming from totally, it’s just easier said than done.
