The team Jos can pick from are average at best, he cant possibly make them any better individually, all he can do is go out every game with a average side and hope they give 100% and fight for 3 points. What more can you possibly do when you are having to bring in under 23s into the side fighting at the bottom. we are all aware that this is not our starting 11, our starting 11 are probably top half/playoff push at best.
