And yet the person stood 10 meters away,  bang in line and at the same elevation saw the exact opposite to you.

Tell me, where are you sitting?

Why didn't the linesman flag for an offence then? They always flag like mad when they think they have seen something......red card was bizarre. A talking to both players was sufficient. How on earth Maria's was red and the bru  player was nothing is absurd

I'd be interested to see pupils two as well.   Their goal picked up the ball and walked off behind the goal with the ball.....how is that not time wasting ?? Keeper looked as if he tripped up the way everyone laughed.

Second one looked a really terrible dive too

The ball was out of play, the referee was there. No reason to flag.

If it’s the wrong decision it’ll get rescinded.

Apprently the evidence is so clear cut it will be a formality

So surprised that there are a few not sticking up for Matias. There is clearly no headbutt from him which is what the ref sends him off for (gestures when giving the card)

The Brum player first thrusts a hand into Matias neck/ chest before gesturing his head towards him.  matias did well not to react.

Horrendous. In  fact absolutely disgraceful officiating from the linesman.

Referees never hesitate when it comes to sending our players off. Who remembers Cardiff at home last year? When there player basically punched Pudil in the face only for the ref to turn a blind eye to it? F***ing can’t stand them in all honesty as bad as we have been this year If we go down to league 1 then incompetent referees have certainly helped us get there along the way.

Im absolutely sick of it.

The FA and the FL are not fit for purpose.

Also Paul Coutts blatantly elbowed a Norwich player just before the Derby earlier on in the season only for the FA to say it was fine.

Point is if this isn’t rescinded and the other player banned for 3 games then answers need to be demanded from these FA jokers.

Whether the ball was in play is irrelevant. Linos ALWAYS flag like mad if they think they have seen something.

Someone said earlier, a GOOD referee would just have spoken to both. That was never a red card

Thing is not one of the Birmingham players kicked up a fuss. Not one.  That says a lot. It was a nothing incident and not a red card.

Pudil's wasn't either. Their player turned into him and flung himself on the floor.

The refeereing decisions are getting worse but as I said in another thread the constant diving and cheating that is in football has made officiating even harder. You can't breathe on a player without them rolling on the floor nowadays.

The flag is to get the referee’s attention. He already had it.

Disgusting decision that has added to a filthy performance. Another couple officials who think the crowd has come to watch them and not the football. Trying to justify there jobs. That said I hope the little man Jos has a strong word to the team about red cards/suspensions - fat too many this season even if this one was a joke.

Carlos got a lot of criticism for critising referees?
