Wednesday, and years ending in 0

Recommended Posts

In seasons ending in 0 (1989/90, 1999/2000) Wednesday seem to have an habit of either being promoted, or relegated. We have also won 2 league titles in this time too.

1889/90: Football Alliance Winners

1899/1900: Promoted to Division 1

1909/10: An exception

1919/20: Relegated to Division 2

1929/30: Champions of England

1939/40: War stopped season early. Exception.

1949/50: Promoted to Division 1

1959/60: An exception

1969/70: Relegated to Division 2

1979/80: Promoted to Division 2

1989/90: Relegated to Division 2

1999/2000: Relegated to Division 1

2009/10: Relegated to League One

2019/20: ????

What you guys think will happen then? Will 2 seasons time be our triumphant return to the Premier League, or will we suffer another relegation on a year ending in 0?

We'll survive in mid table of the Premier League

I'm going to show you why we are destined to win the FA Cup this year. The last time we won the FA Cup was in 1935.

1 + 9 + 3 + 5 = 18

This is a sign that we will win our next FA Cup in a year that ends in 18. Now I'd like to draw your attention to the calendar, what year is it? That's right 2018.

It's been a long wait but it's finally here. I'd like to thank our brothers in the Illuminati for setting this up for us, as you may or may not know the founder of the Illuminati adopted the the Owl of Minerva as the orders official symbol. Yet another sign confirming the prophecy.

Bless up.
