I'm sure there's some other stuff they do. Like make sure the kids don't park in the first teamers car parking spaces. And he'll be the one the lads send to the gaffer to ask if they can get off a bit early from training to avoid the traffic. Sure they probably do some other stuff too. But erm... Team Captain's a bit different isn't it. I think you get some players. Hutch for example.
