gazzamk2
How refreshing that we are now bringing in 'new' blood to the team. Utilising the younger players in the absence of injured first team players is so refreshing and makes perfect sense. If your good enough your old enough is the new-old mantra and long may it continue. Thornilly, Clare, O'Grady, Nielsen and Dawson all getting game time can only enhance competition and desire for all the players. Great to see! Southie_Owl
Puts a bit of pressure on the established players too to think that someone could now take their place if they don’t perform. Jos dropping players who are late etc helps with that too

Will he be brave enough to risk one or more in the starting 11 today though against better opposition. A real test today, can't wait to see how he handles this. Quist
This will engage supporters more and encourage good quality young players to join club. Under previous regime you stood no chance of getting in 18 let alone a run out. he even bought in Kean as reserve goalkeeper but was so poor had to stick with Wildsmith and Dawson. Glad we have moved on/
