The Harlequin Posted January 11, 2018 Share Posted January 11, 2018 I’m sad to announce the passing of Peter Belk. Peter was the Owl who suffered a heart attack at Hillsborough. Despite the the courageous efforts of fans and paramedics Peter never regained consciousness. Peter was a big friend of my fiancé’s Dad, Richard, and will be sorely missed.
