If the bookies have closed it then that’s a pretty sure sign.

Anyone had a look at the Forest Boards to see who they are going for?  The names considered by both clubs shouldn’t be too different

Not seen luhukay linked to anywhere else though.

Heckingbottom is the one they want

Martin Oneil, Gary Monk, Nigel Clough, Billy Davies, Gordon Strachan, Aitor Karanka, and a few for Heckingbottom.

We are deep in a relegation battle with injuries not seen on this scale previously, pigs up next etc. Common sense would say Meggo till end of the season. But no, DC picks another obscure dude who's going to undergo his learning curve whilst trying to keep us up. It's too high risk. It's bonkers.

No its not. nothing at all against megson, but he not got anywhere near experience of JL. Its bonkers writing the guy off with negative comments before he started. Common sense says a guy with a record of promotion, quashing egos, wanting 100% effort and motivating players. Well done DC I think we should be getting behind everyone at the club.

I hope he's not judged on the bunch of over-paid, injury-feigning primadonas he's just inherited. He can only even start to be judged after he's had this and the Summer tranfer windows to get rid of the "I don't wanna play for the badge" crew and those who are happy to sit back and let 20-30 grand drop into their bank accounts every week while sitting around on their collective arses doing nowt.

Once he's had a chance to put together his own group, implement his own ideas and principles, and / or sort out one or two shocking player attitudes, then let him be judged. maybe November or December we'll start to get an idea of what his teams are all about. For now just stay off his back and give him the kind of support CC enjoyed during his first year at the club..
