he hasn't in Germany ......mcclaren as never got a side promoted this blokes got 3 on his CV .......

52% win percentage in 2. Bundesliga and 3 promotions. 5 seasons spent in 2. Bundesliga: 1 mid table, 1 playoffs, 1 promoted as runners up and 2 promoted as champions (1 with record points). Not too shabby.

Owls Talk came up with a better list of candidates.

Why is a man, who has been proven to know very little about running a football club, choosing the next manager?

Beggars belief that a list of very good, experienced, Championship-savvy managers, can be bypassed for another shake of the dice.

Is it me or did the chairman, when he took over, tell us wed get promoted playing attractive football, which we certainly did not last season,we were dour and defensive and ground results out.

This german geezer,on what ive read, plays very negative, tight football

when he won the league with berlin they were the top scores in the division with 65 from 34 games so I wouldn't believe everything you read on here ......

They are all a role of the dice. Sometimes it clicks sometimes it doesn't. If you're not a high roller, and we are not it's very difficult. Anyone coming in has as good a shot as the next. However, that shot will not be as golden as the shot we had last season and missed.

everyone on here was picking managers when all the while chansiri and his advisors were looking for another  head coach .....I don't see McCarthy, holloway , megson, lambert  etc etc buying into that way of running the club or chansiri giving them the chance .....
