What sort of loser asks for a refund?

The statement itself was too much but adding in the refund option was a massive step too far.

 

If the openness was there on the club's side to improve the whole 'customer' or 'fan' experience for matchday's then not accepting constructive criticism or indeed any for of criticism when things aren't quite right is plain wrong.

 

If what we are going to be offered is an entertainment package as a customer to make a decision as to whether we buy it or not is how it's going to be, then let's see the end product as opposed to something that's cobbled together and just shoved out to be a laughing stock.........not just talking about the team (obviously).
