Guest The Horse
Massive advantage this place has over a normal boozer is that SWFC owns the premises and will be paying zero rent. That's what kills most non-freehold pubs. It does look a bit like exactly what it is - a function room converted into a bar but the quality of the beers is worth it. If they made it cosier / less bright and decorated it, then increased awareness in the locality, it would work as the beers and the unique location should be pull enough.
