Right....I'll have Pep Guardiola then.

I don't think man city would release him - Just messing mate. I think a few big names are not in jobs at moment though. Maybe a manager thats done it all with the big clubs might fancy something thats not on the cv. Bringing a club with funds and good support in a big city back to the top division and then challenging for honours would be proof of genuine greatness. Ancelotti would be a masterstroke for chansiri and might even make some of the fairweather fans happy.

Given this some serious thought. The problem is there are far too many imposters who I discount. Here is my short list....

Paul Cooke.

Paul Hurst.

Nigel Clough.

Garry Megson.

All have a record of identifying their immediate needs and conveying their plan and wants for future development to the Chairman. Honesty underpins their style and they say it how it is to Fans and Chairmen alike.

Told by ex Bradford City full back yesterday that Phil Parkinson is likely to be on the move to another Championship club in January.

Bolton have had another winding up order served against them in December and he feels he's doing all he can with very little or no resources.

I got 100/1 before the odds drop.

Welcome home Gary Madine?

Hope you put your house on it.

Strange one as the club he was talking about Sheffield United not Wednesday.

He'd heard that Wilder would be appointed at Forest and Parkinson had already been approached about the United job.

Early in the month yet, so who knows.

I certainly wouldn't put any money on that!
