So he hasn't gone then and it's the chairman's fault.  Carlos would have walked but now stays.  Is that what we are saying.  so close...    what a Christmas.  It's like getting the promise of the best present ever and then it never materialising

Its like getting Call of Duty then realising you don't own a console to play it on.

Chansiri released the statement after their meeting, carlos crying about the chants towards him. He wants leave but don’t know if he has or not, chansiri hasn’t said but he’s not happy with fans if Carlos has resigned

We can only hope he has gone.

If DC thinks that he can buy success he had better think again and get a lot more of the Chansiri family fortune invested in the club. He needs a football chief executive who would be responsible for manager selection, who in turn would then be responsible for the selection of his coaching and medical team. The manager would supply a list of his needs and requirements and leave the rest to the CE and DC, that’s how well run clubs do it.

If anyone buys him a dictionary for Christmas he would be well advised to look up the meaning of ‘delegate’, he is treating the club like a toy, well DC you’ve managed to break it, so get the super glue out and fix it.

Carlos hasn’t gone. The Chairman wouldn’t release such a long winded rambling statement like that to release a further statement in the day to say Carlos has gone.

Carlos is staying whether we like it or not!

I would tend to agree, but Gypsyowl does have precious for information, so I am clinging to the hope he has indeed resigned.

Lets hope GO comes up trumps on this one ! If it does happen to be true, it would make that pathetic, rambling statement from our Chairman even more bizarre and unprofessional.

Well the Chairman may have to get used to being the chairman of a League 1 club because it looks increasingly unlikely he’ll be the chairman of a Premier League club under this head coach?

Agreed. There’s absolutely no way we will get promoted under Carlos. He had his chance in his first year, last year we were ridiculously lucky all season and this season we are where we deserve to be.

Carlos should have gone after the Huddersfield home leg semi last season. It really was the time to go.

The negative tactics employed in that match were a disgrace. What a golden opportunity we had to get promoted and it wasn’t taken.

The writing was on the wall before that game though.

His negative approach to football had been seen most of that season resulting in the ‘leeching’ out of the talent of key players.

Players being played out of their natural and previously successful positions, proven goal scorers not being given the service and some players with decent pedigrees not even given a chance in the team !

We saw a handful of games last season that were played in a positive way like we saw in Carlos’s first season with us. That was great to see with players having their shackles removed and being able to express themselves on the field.

We have the talent and we can beat any team in this league if we play in that style but it’s obvious that we are not going to see that from Carlos again.

Carlos is a lovely guy but he has completely run out of ideas, doesn’t know what his best team is, looks and sounds stressed out, and the clutching of straws has now begun.

He has to go now, in his interest, in the interest of the Club as a whole and, of course the fans.

I didn’t expect to be looking over my shoulder at the relegation zone this season, but now we are closer to that end of the table and with the money spent and the talented players that we have is unacceptable.

The Thai people are known to be loyal and honourable tbh.

Unfortunately, Mr C seems to be totally bereft of any idea of what running a football club entails.

Would be of no surprise to me to see him trying to sell the club on now, even if it means taking a hit.

He will see the people of Sheffield Wednesday as being totally ungrateful for what he has tried to achieve here, failing to recognise his own failings in the process, the first mistake he made being employing a manager / Head Coach unfamiliar with Championship football, and possessing an unimpressive CV.
