A manager who's at a loss and now making it up as he goes along.

 

A meek fan base who're ever so humble.

 

Any one of those is bad enough, but in combination they're potentially disastrous.

Well the two pillars of success are Self-Esteem and Responsibility. The problem we’ve had all season is that there is a complete lack of both - the players are showing total inadequacy and the manager is failing to take responsibility and is avoiding doing so by blaming everything from the refs to injuries.

I remember being on the Lepp when Roger Wylde nutted Lincoln City’s goalie in a 0-0 draw and got away with it. Mind you the goalie didn’t go down and start rolling about like a t wat. Them wert dayz.
