The fans were winners on the day and showed what support we can generate. The players on the pitch and coaching staff illustrated what has always been the problem down at S6.
N0rtherner
It's not a matter of being happy with all of them, but being happy because you feel a concerted effort of all things moving in the right direction. That means you'll be happy about wins, good football, promotion chasing even if tickets are a bit too highly priced, because ultimately it would point us to promotion. Heck, I was happy after we thoroughly thumped Leeds, and stole that away win v Villa. When everything goes to bobbar with alarm bells going off, you've got every reason to be unhappy! Manager Squad Kit Ticket prices Marketing Chairman Doyen boys. Just wondered if anybody can pinpoint a time they felt all was well in our world. Happy under Gray. With DC coming in and Gray at the helm I was going to be even happier. Then he was sacked and I was angry. Then I became happy again when we started winning and I was on top of the world after the Arsenal game .. and remained there until the play off final ... since then its been a slow decline and recently just fell off a cliff
31Dec1966
Boxing Day Massacre. Cheap football, Christmas, great atmosphere, unexpected glorious win, record crowd and I was there with my new wife. Doesn't get any better than that.

Coppers outside didn’t seem bothered pub was open at 9.00 am. TC tore them apart second half. Would kill for that now.
