I’ve bought a few previously and not had a problem but for whatever reason it’s only giving me the option to listen today, anybody else getting this? I paid to watch last weeks game but spent all the first half trying to get the bloody thing to work and failed(not the first time), left numerous messages in chat but no one got back to me. Last week I had problems and when I emailed to complain I was told that I shouldn't connect and view via VPN, as when VPN use is detected it locks your account out for up to 30 minutes.
