@owlstalk
Who the hell would have thought for a second that Leon Clarke would have had the season he's having after watching him play for us the way he did? What makes it worse is that it's for our neighbours and biggest rival too What's made him click do you think? Owlstalk Shop

pgmetcalf
PMA, doesn't help to slag off your own players; it doesn't help them at all. All it does is make them throw the towel in which is by far the easiest option
GEE
Chris Wilder is the reason it’s clicked for him, puts so much confidence into his players, hate to say it but he’s one hell of a manager

Jennz
Wilder, as someone has said has a lot to do with it.....also he's gone through mental & physical changes since he was with us, what happened with his dad I guess has focused his mind plus he's a fair bit fitter/lighter than he was....he always had the skills, showed that even with us in glimpses, anyway good luck t'lad, shame it's with them but no point getting all mardy about it is there. Popular Post Animis
He's found a team that plays to his strengths - scores after 6mins - we'd still be passing it around the bermuda triangle of Lees Loovens and Westwood.

Beholder
It's not as if he was shyte for us. That is a myth. He was unplayable on a number of occasions for us too- and had obvious talent as a striker. But now he has a team around him and a positive manager he has finally realised his full potential and found consistency.. Loughborough Owl
What's made him is what's happening to Pigs every flipping week now, they're getting GIVEN goals and wins and I'm seriously flipping sick of it now!!!

Not a myth as such, more of an exaggeration....he was dire for us at times then like you say unplayable, it just wasn't the right time or manager for him to do what he's doing now with us. Bang on He's been acquired by a manager who knows what he is good at. He's had in him right from his wolves days it was a case of when he would consistently focus on his talent.
