Ash-Williams
My top 3 for what its worth. 1 Waddle at Wembely 2 Hirst at the lane, Put thru by Waddle then flick up smash. 3 Shezza against the Blunts in the tin pot cup effort, Picked up the ball and away he went

Ran towards kop end, beating all tackles and then curled one in the top corner Carbone overhead at Newcastle. If that had been Bergkamp they would still be talking about it Loved that goal, but no one tackled Sheridan, they just backed away in sheer terror. Masterclass finish as well
Lord Snooty
Maybe not the best ever. But I do love a header. A curling bullet one to silence the Anfield KOP even more so.
malek
Another goal that doesn't get enough mention is Andy Booth's in 3:0 win over Charlton. Think it was back in 98/99. Rare proof of true skill from Andy.

31Dec1966
Currans at BL will take some beating. Big match, going for promotion, local rivals, big crowd, great atmosphere, 1-0 down, on the telly (unusual in those days). Brilliant technique, totally unexpected, and right in front of the Wednesday hordes (except me, I was on their kop!).

asteener1867
Probs not technically the best..but Mellors diving header that more or less got us up away at Blackburn...I went ape..I banged me head on a crash barrier..got a bit dizzy, but still held the realisation of what the goal meant...I sorta staggered about for ages...then had a headache all the way home, then realised why I had the headache..then remembered the goal and what it meant again...then the headache started again................
Sergeant Tibbs
Hirst at home to Portsmouth under Big Ron in 91. Six man move from ball rolled out by KP. Opposition never touched the ball and It was tucked away by our finest. His toe poke and somersault at the lane wasn't too bad either.
