Instead of throwing the laptop on the floor and screaming at yet another Sheffield Wednesday gaff I thought I'd play it more maturely and email the people who run the shop (Medoc)

"Hi, I'm trying to spend some money and buy a personalised mug. It wont' let me select any numbers etc so I can't actually personalise it. Wonder if you could help me as I'm keen to get some"

Got a reply a little later that day from Medoc..

How much money is being lost through this absolute mess of a shop situation?

Joe Palmer if you're reading this - please PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for the love of god sort out the Megstore, The Online Shop and all the broken links and things stopping our fans spending their money at Sheffield Wednesday.

The website they sent you to doesn’t work right either not just the wrong content. Try searching for stuff. How hard can e-commerce be???

Couple of seasons ago I tried to get a home and away Shaktar Donesk shirts for the young spud for Birthday (they do a mean orange and black /white combo)

And he really liked them ..to stick in the collection 

When I went on the site I got a "Whoa you don't wanna go there screen"

I just wonder if Joe Palmer has brought back a little of Shaktar to the Owls Store?

"Whoa you don't wanna go there".etc....

I bought a personalised SWFC mug for my Forest mate for her birthday recently from the online store in retaliation for the Forest one she bought me for mine. She got it five days later ( and says she has to hide it when people come round lol   ) . The process seemed straight forward to me
