You'll like this (you wont' really) Went onto the SWFC Online Megastore the other day to buy some stuff Clicked onto the 'personalised' section as wanted to check out what they have. Firstly - once you click onto that section you can't get back to the online megastore. You're stuck on the personalised gift website section forever. You have to ask how much money is Sheffield Wednesday losing because of that? People will click round the personalised then clear off to another website or amazon or something to buy things - it's very confusing Anyway - SECONDLY (and this one genuinely cheesed me right off) I went to buy some personalised mugs as gifts. They look ok, you can change the names and numbers on the back to what you want and then get them delivered to you. Ahhhh BUT Turns out you can't I clicked onto the mug designer, changed the name on the first shirt ok, but then looked for the number 9 and nope. Not there. I was confused so I tried the next shirt - let me change the name but not the number. Instead of throwing the laptop on the floor and screaming at yet another Sheffield Wednesday gaff I thought I'd play it more maturely and email the people who run the shop (Medoc) "Hi, I'm trying to spend some money and buy a personalised mug. It wont' let me select any numbers etc so I can't actually personalise it. Wonder if you could help me as I'm keen to get some" Got a reply a little later that day from Medoc..Hi Neil, Thank you for coming to us. I know people think that fans moan about our 'mega'store but foooooook me. How much money is being lost through this absolute mess of a shop situation? Walk out jacket fits well.
