I think that now proves beyond all doubt that CC doesn't have anything to do with signings. I'm not for minute defending him, but, you bring two necessary players and dont play them. The club is becoming farcical and neither CC nor DC understand what football means to the fans and supporters of Wednesday,. They don't understand the passion for a local derby match nor do they understand the rivalry between us and Leeds Utd. This isn't all about CC or the players, money or no money,  DC at present is doing this club no favours either on or off the pitch. He bought into the club extremely cheaply thinking he would also make money. DC came here not because he likes Wednesday or football for that matter. It was a business what was going cheap and he bought into it to make money.  Now feel free for anyone to slate me.  Folk are still looking at a top 6 finish. I'm more concerned about the likelyhood of a bottom 3 finish. Everything about the club is worrying.

yes were treading on ice, DC needs experienced advice i.e H Wilkinson or the likes of big Sam, urgently

Agree with the sentiment but I honestly don't feel that confident of a managerial change being the difference. It genuinely does look like a mentality thing at the moment, and not a 'too comfortable' one.

But I dunno. Something WILL give before long if it continues. Don't think we'll ever agree as a fanbase on precisely what it should be and why.

Ah well. To Barnsley, and likely the first of our last remaining couple of chances to kickstart a spectacular turnaround.

The players reflect the manager. Mentally weak.

Setting up for a draw against Bolton being a prime example.

The stats may say we didnt get a shot on target, but, apart from hitting the post shortly after the SO of Loovens, derby created little and were reduced to hitting us on the counter.

Fletch went close from a corner and Bannan had numerous attempts but it just wouldnt come off, youd have struggled to say which side had 10 men,and the derby fans grew more anxious and frustrated as the game wore on.

Fox did pretty well as a stand in CB,but alas played Johnson on for the killer goal.

Deffo deserved a point today at the VERY LEAST

We had 10 men,we had re organise,we had a LB playing at CB who hasnt played since august, and we still took the game to them.We had numerous attempts that were close and should have had a pen.

Upto the 2nd goal,it was the derby fans that were the most anxious, and they were having a right go at their players

I suppose the point is that if you are playing well one bad decision isn't vital, if are not playing well that bad decision is the difference

Absolutely right. With decent refs we'd probably have another 6+ points. It wouldn't mean that we'd played any better (and would probably gloss over some poor performances) but it would give us a platform for the rest of the season

Sorry your missing my point, if we were playing well those decisions wouldn't matter, like the disallowed goal against Leeds, but because we aren't playing well they have made the difference

don't know what platform it would have given us because we are playing like a mid table team at best, so I suppose it might have meant we weren't looking over our shoulder at the bottom three for a few more weeks

No, I agree with you that we're not playing well and correct decisions leading to more would gloss over the generally poor performances. However, if the correct decisions had been given, then we would be in a much better place and there wouldn't be the toxic atmosphere that seems to be permeating around the club at the moment.
