striker
Sending off probably did CC a favour as deflects the blame, still another loss though and we drop further down the league.

Indoor Owl
We played a great game today. Derby away is always tough, much less when you're doing it with 10 men the entire game. Some very questionable officiating yet again as well. Fantastic effort.

It genuinely does look like a mentality thing at the moment, and not a 'too comfortable' one. But I dunno. Something WILL give before long if it continues. Don't think we'll ever agree as a fanbase on precisely what it should be and why. Ah well. To Barnsley, and likely the first of our last remaining couple of chances to kickstart a spectacular turnaround.

It was uncharted territory from August, given Carlos’ previous. 5 pts away from the top 6 and the relegation zone.. The biggest memory I have of that game was our midfield being dominated. it was like an older bigger brother holding an outstretched hand on his little brothers head while he swings punches that can't reach. Im curious to what he did right today because, yet again, we lost please enlighten us We didn't really start that poor: Our captain was off on a red with a goal conceded on the penalty in the first three minutes. Are you suggesting that was somehow part of Carlos' pre-game plan? As for what we did right today: Anyone who actually watched the game could see that despite playing Derby away, and down to 10 men, we were creating chances and looked fantastic in possession. Fletcher missed yet another set of goal scoring opportunities and we had some very ridiculous non-calls by the officials. It's literally not hard at all to find positives - we played a fantastic game given the circumstances. He brought 2 central defenders in to replace an ageing loovens. Then left them both out to bring a fit again loovens straight back into the side. If they arent as good as loovens then what was the point of bringing them in?

To give us depth at CB because we were incredibly short staffed, to the point where we had Pudil playing as a CB? And Van Aken has played the last what, six games? You're upset because the team's captain got some pitch time? Grasping at straws with that one. Edited October 21, 2017 by Indoor Owl
