@owlstalk
Gary Hooper is certainly Mr Consistent at the moment, smashing in at least a goal every game (although one of the best ones got wrongly disallowed) On paper he's the best striker outside the Premier League and long may it continue. TommyCraig
He's one hell of a paper and we need him to stay fit for a chance at the PL. Been a joy to watch of late.
LiamAP22D
Yep excellent form from Hooper, over a season he should get 25 league goals if he stays fit.
Pulsar
Neil is right, Gary Hooper is A4 class. No seriously though, every strike of his is a crisp finish!

owls101
Hopefully he can stay fit. Playoffs last season might have been a different story had he been involved

Clowne Owl
Wasn't he the top Championship scorer of 2016? Remember hearing that somewhere but might have changed after his injuries.

ramone
Always scores in spurts. Would like his goals to be a bit more spread out but when he's hot, he's hot.
Doghouse Daz
Don't think he's fully back into his stride yet, let's hope he remains fit, and more amazing things to come.

I'm going to whisper this so ISHSB, ZZ & Co don't hear it... Its not about spurts, it's about partners, and we are safe through to December. 25 games partnering FF - 5 goals for Hooper 45 games partnering "a big-un" - 22 goals for Hooper While he stays fit, and while he partners Fletch, the goals will flow.

Interesting that. I think thats because FF likes to drop deep too. Having a proper number 9 next to Hooper does seem to bring the best out of him as they stretch the play towards the oppositions net leaving space behind them for Hooper to operate in. Not quite enough HO, let's hope your right & the Hooper/Fletch partnership sees us move up the table. That is the ultimate test, although our poor league position is also down to the leaky defense. But our goals scored tally is mid table. Edited October 4, 2017 by zzmdu
