Hooper - Waste of a Shirt...

Recommended Posts

How many times has he pummelled the crossbar, and had blocked on the line?

Playing out of his skin. He is a totally different animal playing alongside a big striker .

Also great to see his fitness level. He has played all but 32 minutes of our last 900 league game minutes, and 90 v Chesterfield.

Long may this continue.

He started this season looking as fit as he normally does a month into it. Seems like he pumped himself right up for this campaign determined to play a major part in it

It's always been the case of a fit Hooper scores goals, it's just when he's fit. He's put himself into a position where he's fit and firing, and he needs commending for that.

True enough.  We saw this during his "send him back" season. Soon as Nuhui was thrown in with him he looked a different player. He revels off a bigger unit bashing defenders about.

Looks as sharp as I've seen him fitness wise.  But managed to keep hold of that big Beyonce arris that's so good at holding defenders at bay!

Long may this continue.

Can someone explain why Hooper is top scorer in the league despite us not creating any chances?
