Who is going to defend him now?

Been predicting since start of season that we'd start today behind Utd, would lose today and Carlos would be sacked.

Over to you Mr Chansiri

It was the players but the whole thing just hasn't been right to me for a while.

I don't see what our tactics are bedside out to Wallace, he cuts inside and crosses into the box or past it,Bannan does round houses on the ball looking for options and sometimes there is one, hoof up to fletcher and see what happens.

We don't have pace and we don't dominate possession. We don't have tough tackling midfielders or athletes to carry the ball.

Now we don't even keep it tight.

I don't see any fantastic man management or out thinking of the opposites.

Carlos has some to blame for today but the massive majority of the blame needs to be laid at the players feet, especially the defeat, after that shambles. He signs the players (questionable), he picks them...then it's upto them. He can't do everything for them whilst they're on the pitch FFS, not only have the players lets us and themselves down but Carlos as well.

Unfortunately the modern day football trend is to keep changing managers as and when the wind blows, although I'm yet to see any real examples that this approach works and I also don't understand who is a ready-made replacement for Carlos?

However he sets the players up and sets the tempo.

Basic football, if the ball is out on the wing you flood the box and put it in. We continually have 1 man in the box and wastefully hit no-one. Even the tempo set by Westwood is dosile, it runs through our team like a mind numbing virus.

Manager solely to blame, if the players can't handle the big matches spend +£20M finding some who can.

No ready made replacement, what a kop out, tell me what we are replacing? A legacy of being nearly men?

Time for the fans to get vocal and force the issue, has to go...

Happy for him to be replaced...with someone who would realistically stand with a really good chance of improving us, although I'm yet to hear one single credible name for who that might be other than the usual Gary bloody Megson shouts.

I'm not a fan of changing managers for the sake of it and hoping it works, countless clubs in all leagues are finding out the hard way this doesn't work, it's a gamble unless there's a really well thought out replacement lined up.

This isn’t a kneejerk and just because of today, it’s only 3 points, but Carlos has had years, millions in wages and transfer fees, and he just simply isn’t going to get us promoted. His big game record is absolutely atrocious and today just tops it off. Personally I’ve never rated him, he has achieved nothing as a manager, and I wanted him gone after failing agai  last season. Our squad is an expensive unbalanced mess and there’s one man that is largely responsible for that.

Chansiri can you please please please get a proper football manager into the club?

You’ve invested a fortune and this chump has largely wasted it.

Carlos OUT.

Four goals at home to the blunts.

Never in our history has that happened.

Absolutely disgraceful.

Do it tonight Mr Chairman. Get rid.

Shamful from Carlos.

Get over yourselves.

Today was probably the worst defensive performance i've ever seen from us, can't blame CC for certain players being dreadful for no reason. CC gets his fair share of blame for results this season but he picked the correct team and there's no way he can be blamed for the terrible individual performances today from the likes of Lees, Van Anken, Hunt, Reach, Bannan, Westwood, Wallace and Jones.

We've been on fantastic form and even though we were a disaster at the back today when we brought it back to 2-1 and came out raring for the 2nd half I thought we would go on to win, ground was bouncing and everything was flowing, again if our terrible defending didn't give away that cheap 3rd goal we would probably gone on to win and nobody would be losing their heads. CC picked the right team nobody can argue with that and we set up just like we have been the last few games where we have gone unbeaten in 7.

Everyone needs to take their emotion out of it, we know its a big game, its the derby at home and we've lost, it's easy to blame the manager too since we've struggled this season. We can't let this distract us from the good spell we were having, two more big games coming up and with 2 good results we're right back in the mix.

Once again don't let the occasion cloud your vision, the players are the ones who have let us down today not Carlos, the defending today was an absolute disgrace and if Westwood, Hunt, Lees, Van Anken and Reach are all dropped for Brum away i would have no complaints at all.

Give over.

Lees and Van A had a mare

with 10 more minutes at 2-2 we would have won.

And hunt and reach and Westwood ffs.

Gutted them goals at crucial times.

I've called for carlos' head before but not today, players have to take responsibility

But what's the alternative, sit and watch this same old tasteless football.

I said before today the recent upturn was great short term but disastrous for us long term as bought him additional time. Cardiff great performance but promotion winning teams see the 1-0 out.

I have no suggestions for who can replace him but I can confidently say since Huddersfield a "Carlos has gone" text would fill me with relief and refresh my optimism.

We need to roll the dice, nothing ventured nothing gained

Wilders sarcastic comment after the match about him just being an English manager so only knows about headers and tackling was spot on.

Why does Carlos get all this grace to fail when Gray got booted without the chance to spend?

This manager won't get us into the playoffs this season, never mind promotion.

Sack him now to give us a fighting chance.

Let's be honest this result is no surprise to a lot of us. I even suspected this could happen after some performances last season with them riding high. We have yet again failed to turn up for a big game and the excuses that he doesn't coach the players to make mistakes wears thin after watching them make them on a regular basis. What I would say though is he should have been harder on the group of players today instead of trying to deflect the blame. They deserved to be crucified today after that. I wonder if they will feel a little guilty when they packet those fat cat salaries at the end of the month.
