ReadingOwl
I was there. Shoreham Street end. Crushed my Mars Bar which fell out of my denim top jacket pocket which my Mum gave me. Looked on the floor - it was A4 sized. Remember Tony Kenworthy crying like a baby, after Curran(?) stood on his toes? Good luck Sunday - Up the Owls. BRADDO
I started watching us in 1978. For years TC was my all time favourite player up until the early nineties side with the Waddler, Shez, Hirst, Nilsson et al. TC was quality at that level. I think he dropped down from the 1st division to play for us in the third. Amazing.

Baggys battle bus
Terry Curran Owls legend ( real name Eddie Curran ) Ask Jack . Brilliant goal against a decent pig team at the time but the best goal / goals have got to be both Waddles and Brights at Wembley 93 semi The biggest Derby game ever !!!!! But that's nothing compared to been ambushed by Chelsea fans 2 years later at one of the LU Stations near Stamford Bridge.

Day before Thursday
I was on their end with a ticket bought by a Blade mate. Saw that Owls were congregated in the pen on the left hand side and walked across the back of the Kop to join them. Copper turned me away and saw my face after I'd declared mi sen an Owl in front of a load of Blades - took pity and changed his mind - phew! Late seventies and early eighties my favourite years following Wednesday - with the exception of the here and now which always wins as will we on Sunday!
