Kanye West
Decent attacking midfielder in with a point to prove, I think he'll do well here. I'm predicting a Tom Lees version 2, going to have a reyt season after coming here during a bad time at a dodgy side.
Guest wilyfox
He is a good player. Like him. But I was more excited by the Isaac Success rumour which surprise surprise turned out to be BS.
robowl4life
I'm happy with Butterfield, always rated him, no issue. I think the main issue people have got is Winnall going. Which is sort of tainting the deal. Have to admit I'm not too pleased with him going.

WhiteOwl91
I'm happy. Striker who can't even make the bench for away games replaced by a guy who will, in a position last season where we were relying on Jose Semedo
Sinner
Happy with him coming in, not so happy with Winnall going though.
Guest domSWFC
At this level he's been great season after season. Derby paid £5m for him, because of his quality. It may have not worked out there for him, but that happens sometimes. Maybe this move will be the fresh challenge he needs.

Owlinmad
Very happy especially as it gets Winnall out of the door.

OwlofOliveGrove
Happy or not, we're stuck with it. So let's crack on and hope teams like Birmingham don't get the boost that the window suggests they will.

Owls2k
This is exactly the type of signing that has been a success for us in the past. Decent player, down on luck and form with a point to prove.

0114
I personally hoped for a top defensive mid rather than an attacking mid. Think we needed a pacy winger too

mike312
Underwhelmed but as a loan deal it ticks boxes I suppose. I liked Winnall. Can see Butterfield being Jones mk2 which is "ok" whilst oters are injured.
The Hoppy Hopper
Just spoken to a Derby mate who is not pleased. His view is we've done ok.
S26 Owl
Butterfield was good a few years ago, career has stalled like alot of players whilst at Derby. A move could get the best of him. Good move for Winnall, gives him a chance to get games. Was never gonna get in infront of Hooper/Rhodes/Fletcher and is too similar to Rhodes, when those 3 arent working we may aswell try Nuhiu/Joao. Also with FF staying, im assuming the deal was that winnall had to go. I dont particularly agree with that as I think FF was in the wrong, but if it gets the best out of him then a firing FF is more important to us than a firing Winnall. If he scores goals, we can get a big fee from someone like Derby. Or he moves up the pecking order here.
