I agree with this...I am sure like the fans, the player must be wondering what the team set up and plan is for most games!! The thing is I like Carlos and don't want someone to lose their job, but you cannot sack off 12-15 players who aren't performing, but you can change the manager who implements the tactics. We are a man down with him playing, I want to see him back playing to his full potential but as things stand i just don't see how he's ever going to replicate his form from 2 years ago. Tonight was his opportunity to stake a claim fkr Saturday, and one things for certain he hasn't done that.
