Bolton Wanderers18. Carlisle United19. Doncaster Rovers20. Newport County21. Nottingham Forest22. Rochdale23. Rotherham United24. Scunthorpe United25. Sheffield United26. Wigan Athletic The reason for that (and Newport) in the North is because both them and West Ham are both gonna play their games away regardless. If they drew each other it would mess up draw.
