He's a Carlos player, works reasonably hard, helps his full-back, cuts back or inside every time he gets the ball and has no desire to beat his man or get to the byline. On one level or another it can be argued that Reach, Rhodes, Abdi, Jones, Matias and Joao have all failed to live up to their price tags for one reason or another. Hes never going to be a good winger at this level, he cant beat a man struggles to put a decent cross in and doesn't score many goals. You can learn the full back position and better 'wingers' than him have sucked up their pride and realised its there best hope of a career at a good level.
