El Wednesday
Why do I get the awful feeling that this is going to end up 52%-48% in favour of the new home shirt...

bradowl
Love the new home kit, brings back a part of our history. When I first saw the away kit I thought wtf, but I am begining to like it. Saying all that I like to have a see and feel first for quality if buying.

The white will also look like hoops sandwiched between the blue hoops (same goes for the away socks)!

I'm not just going to constantly clap. It's supposed to be a 150th year anniversary kit. It's more of an "I'm the chairman so fvcckk you! I make the decisions" kit. Mr C isn't the god of SWFC. He's done a great deal of good for our club but he's digging his heels in over this kit which, in my opinion, is not great on his part. He is all about building a brand - we won't see stripes again while he's chairman in my opinion and, if that was the case, it would be a very sad state of affairs. We we should have another poll; not to ask if people like the new kit but whether they'd prefer striped shirts. My guess is that most of the fans would. Would have expected some 1960/70's images on the graphic just so people know we did actually wear the 150th home shirt at some point in our life! Let's be honest - you knew we did, I knew we did, most fans know we did - did it really need a background pic showing it too, or was it more about showing some familiar faces from our past history? The rest of the footballing world doesn't really care what we wear either.
Big Ron's Sovereign
More guff about our history when he's flogging another blue shirt because he allegedly doesn't like stripes. If he actually studied our history he'd know that the non striped shirt in the 60s coincided with our downfall. Not very lucky for us at all. The away shirt would've been better with striped sleeves, the black sleeves just don't look reyt. I suppose he's gonna give us the spiel that we wanted stripes so he gave em us. Sorry DC yet another season of yours when I won't be buying a home shirt. I'll buy the 3rd if they ever release it and don't feck it up

CharlieOwl
I appear to be of a resounding minority here but I think the away shirt is spot on, it's the one I'll be purchasing for sure.
Ethel The Tree
Don't really care what the 'away' kit looks like We've had so many down the years - some I've liked, others less so But the home kit should be unmistakably representative of Sheffield Wednesday Again, loads of designs down the years and in my opinion, some have been more representative than others However, this latest effort - like last season's - is more representative of Ipswich Where's the sense in that? the_vinyl_frontier
Thing is that it’s a big year for us, and while I think the home shirt is nice, the manufacturer logo and Chansiri scrawled across it just look really awful, I feel that for just ONE year, we could have had a really nice looking kit, which I what I was hoping for and half expecting

archieswfc
Terrible in my opinion. Ipswich home shirt and Hull away shirt. P155es me off if I'm honest. DC will get away with it while ever were doing well. If we have a bad season the backlash will come.
bradowl
The home shirt is doing very well in the poll. I think it will prove very popular and sell very well just like last sesons shirt.
