Owlbert Einstein
Where are people planning on heading? Last time I went, two years ago think it was that pub across from station was sound, until everyone started smashing it up. I don't think they allow us in there anymore. I think theres a spoons and Yates' not to far from the station, be good to get an idea of decent pubs
Evansy14
There is a pub near ground. 10 mins walk ish. Called sumners but it gets busy and bouncers stop people going in when full.

FuthaMucker
Frenchwood Social Club We went last season & they were very hospitable. £2.50 a pint & has sky & things to do for kids (table football & pool). Free parking & about 15 minute walk to the ground or £2 each in s taxi. We've got a coach of 57 going there. No bouncers & was no police presence last season as it's out of the way
FuthaMucker
Following on from the above, we had to let them know we were coming as they don't open in the daytime so I've told them we'll be arriving for 10am
PraiseOrGrumble
The spoons 'Grey Friar' was closed season before last, so we went in the Adelphi. Located on the roundabout adjoining Adelphi st, Moor lane and Friargate. The police put on buses to take us to the ground, don't know if this is the norm though? Owlbert Einstein
Preston Police tweeted that Old Vic will be open to away fans, thats the original one I was talking about that it kicked off in. That was a nice little boozer with darts breakfast cobs etc, and land lady was lovely too, just a few 16 year old d!ckheads in caps started being little pr!cks. This is across from station too so convenient.

Yeah they did that when we was last there, not sure if that was because there was an EDL march though on the same day. Didn't go last year so don't know if they did it again. Handy if they do

Weatherspoons first for breakfast and beer then a pub across road watching football. Was nearly late to Game tho as traffic was horrendous. Luckily a police car spun round and escorted the coach.
