dunsbyowl
On this day in 1935 - we'll not go into the weed contol regime. My dad reckons this bloke was a flasher and managed to get into loads of public places by simply wearing a white smock, or flasher mac. He was known as Wall's Wiggler, because of his unusual pastime and was said to be so subtle that he got away with it for years until he was finally captured on film mid wiggle. August 6th though! Didn't give them very long to prepare themselves behind the stands did it? Edited June 30, 2017 by Ante's Bubbly
