Finally get in after 6 hours and it showed 1 available ticket, then changed to 0 available tickets for the ID, even though it hasnt got the ticket for the game!? Absolute shambles and im furious. Try waiting 10 minutes to see if system updates - it is running very very slow. If not, Only option (but it will probably send you to back of queue) is to log off and on again.
