How's it touting, Rotherham will be sent special delivery. Covering cost, remind me again how much a Newcastle ticket is again

Don't know costs not looked.

If your advertising tickets for sale do it at face value and any separate costs separately or it is seen as touting.

I have to add that websites accomodating ticket touting is currently going through a government investigation and the results of that will be released soon.

It's going to become a legal minefield. Something owlstalk will be eager to avoid.

If they aren't face value it will attract bother.

I think that as the selling of tickets at more than cost value is currently under investigation by various agencies people should take care with what they are asking for and how they are asking for payments.

You just said they include delivery costs? That's a separate cost to face value. Have to be specific on these things.

The current inquiry regarding secondary ticketing is for music/theatre/other events. Not football. The resale of football tickets in the UK is illegal:

Quote

In the UK the resale of football tickets is illegal under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, unless the resale is authorised by the organiser of the match.

And on that basis it is worth saying that Owlstalk does not condone, assist or organise the reselling of match tickets. Any arrangements made are private transactions between individuals that Owlstalk has no visibility or knowledge of and that anybody entering into such transactions does so at their own risk, taking on any and all responsibilities and legal ramifications.

It is also worth noting that anybody who buys tickets and then cannot go for whatever reason may be able to return those tickets for a refund to the ticket office, who often keep and facilitate a 'reserve list' for supporters wishing to go that they sell to on a first-come-first-served basis when tickets are returned.

Finally, it is also worth noting that any Wednesday fan profiteering from other fellow Wednesday fans regarding tickets is questionable legally, morally and ethically...
