Splash the cash for a guaranteeed win every time we play Round 23 and might as well stay in bed for Round 16.

We really did limp our way to securing our playoff spot before the Cardif game at home last season lol

We have ended every season poorly looking at that. If we don't beat last seasons total something is wrong. 80 points should be the minimum aim

2012 - 13 season, 7 defeats on the bounce, cant imagine what OT was like during that period

So last season we had 19 wins & so far we are on 15 with another 16 games to go. You'd think we will definitely beat that & yet we are only 6th at the moment.

That tells me two things:

1. We have made progress, maybe not in terms of attacking football but in getting results

2. The league is definitely harder this year with more teams adding themselves to the top mix

A harder league & more wins than last season, but a lot is are still moaning it's not been good enough. We really are a little silly at times.

Year on year improvement in our league position and it there's a good chance it will continue this season.

Can't beat another quality graph to stare at

If there's one obvious area for improvement then it's the last six matches

2012-13 saw our best return ... 8pts - perhaps because there was more to play for at the time

2013-14 ... 5pts

2014-15 ... 6pts

2015-16 ... 6pts - although Carlos sent the B team to Wolves, because he could

This season, every point could be vital

We'll have Newcastle, Cardiff, Derby & Fulham at home - QPR & Ipswich away

Exciting times indeed

Cool table.  There's a chance we could smash last year's points tally with games to spare.

Yeh, it's a table in't it really, not a graph

Still, well worth gazing time

Love this sort of stuff, thanks Big D. Can't believe last season we only lost back-to-back games once (and only twice this season so far). Seems Carlos has us bouncing back after a loss.

Won the 23rd game of every season. Nice "connect 4" type line there.

Yes, I realise this is shinfo.

Interesting that we've already lost consecutive games on two occasions this season, whereas both last year (finishing 6th) and the year before (finishing 13th) it only happened once the whole year. However, we've drawn far fewer this season. That would imply that it is indeed 'the draws that kill you' in this league – although we only drew one more game in 14-15 than in 15-16, despite finishing 13th and then 6th respectively. So obviously it isn't necessarily the draws that kill you.

In conclusion, I'm confused. Let's just win everything, it's easier to work out that way. :manager:
