Lord Nilsson
For the first time in ages I managed to quickly get food at half time. The express lane did move very quickly. Always thought the club was missing out on income in this regard so hopefully they've sorted it now.

Owls2k
The express lanes were for contactless / card payments only. My favourite reply was, "will there be express calculators on there as well?' Edited January 15, 2017 by Owls2k
S63 Owl
Worked a lot better but now they need to get express serving staff and make sure supply meets demand.
SiJ
I stood in the "express lane" at the North Stand corner. Took over 10 minutes to get served
Whatahoot
It takes at least 3 times as long to serve chips as it does to serve a drink and its taken them this long to separate the queues ?? A drink costs the same as a portion of chips, so guess where the problem is ? Baffling. They need to have drink only queues and separate ones for food (and drinks) imo
modboy
Great idea by the club, well done swfc. Now just sell bottles to increase the speed even more . Edited January 15, 2017 by modboy
SiJ
They need to get one of those multiple beer serving thingy doo dah er things. They had them at Wembley where you can serve 6 pints at a time.

I take exception to that, I like to amble, when you get older ambling is the norm, some games I amble more than others so much so that I thought it was half time then they turned the lights out. So have a thought for us oldies. Edited January 15, 2017 by daleblue

Ever the pessimist
Good idea, but needs refining: I was immediately at the front of the queue but the staff were all serving the customers in the non-express queue. Surely there should be staff solely working on the express queue?

I keep telling the other half I'm big boned, don't think she believes me tho.
acquiescefc
Its right it still needs refining. They can do it at festivals so why not put something in place so it can happen every other saturday. Cant they have people just pouring pints, and servers serve. its not like theres a massive choice and dedicate lanes to beer only. They must know the ratio of pints to food. Only people who get served leave at 40 mins. Its ridiculous
modboy
why cant they just put loads of chips into boxes before the half time rush so they are ready to go? Same with pies etc.

If you can do one leg at a time and keep 'em like that for a month just for giggles, one fat one thin, I'll pay for a personal trainer to sort the other one out after
