If he can stay as fit as he has this season, then there is no doubt that CDM is his best position. Looked like a player that belongs in a top 6 Prem side. We've managed this season at various times without Bannan, Lee, FF, Fletcher, Westwood etc. We can't afford to lose this lad from the middle of the park. Rest him at Boro. I think it's down to our nouse, or our lack of it last season. Without a doubt, this season the Championship is harder, yet we are above where we were last season. We are growing up as a club finally. I just hope if we don't go up this season Carlos is given a final 3rd crack at it, because I feel that's all he will need.
