Need a quiz where all obscure 1970s players are wrong answers, to stump Beast of Boulougne!

Seeing as I was born in 83 and that era is not exactly talked about much there were some complete unknowns for me there.

Great answers everybody for question 3 (apart from the 2 wrong answers obviously!) - must be a record for the most unique answers for a single question.

Yep, even the wrong answers (one of them may be right but it's turn of the 20th century nonsense) were different.

I was genuinely surprised when different answers kept coming in. Not one duplication is incredible from 25 answers.

Thanks Poric.

My answer of Alexandersson for 100 games was wrong as well so I should have been last.

The markers decision is final though.

Oops, sure I saw he'd played 100 games with cup games included. Doesn't matter anyway because he was a reyt player.

That says "G Beech". I found him but you said Jack Beech.

Not having that.

Wrong answer.

It's the same player - Jack was the name George commonly used.

So how many points did I get?

It's not a wrong answer.

Beast of Boulougne spelt Peter Grummitt and Keiren Westwood wrong.

And Alf Hucker put Tommy Tynan when he was christened Thomas Tynan, so he's out too.

:)

Burton O'Brien is spelt with a capital B after the apostrophe  and not O'brien as you spelt it.

If we carry on like this we'll be relegated to Quiz div. 2!!

By the way , it's Boulogne not Boulougne :stuwinky:
