Team that's going places.

Recommended Posts

During quiet moments, I often try to come up with a team with player surnames of a particular theme. (I know, I should get a life).

So here's one to start. Can you fill in the gaps?

NB: I don't have all the answers, I'm expecting the greater brains on OT to complete the team.

A team of players with (not too obscure) places as surname.

Scott Carson

........, .........., Jack Charlton, ..........

........, ............, ..........., .........

Alan Brazil, ............

So we've got:

Scott Carson

Justin Edinburgh, .........., Jack Charlton, ..........

Ryan France, Stuart Dallas, ........., Alan Sunderland

Alan Brazil, Dion Dublin

What position did Bentley play?

Manager: Holloway

Ref: Hugh Dallas

subs (a bit heavy on forwards)

Scotland, Rhodes, Burton, Sutton

Pre match cuppa: Morrisons.

Just another centre back, left back and centre mid needed.
