Hack-Abusi
* lick of paint * working teles again showing the game and vidiprinter underneath and scanning thrown results around the leagues at the side * sort out catering * dig out that little bit behind the kop, flatten it out and put in benches, dig out behind the stadium and concrete it and make it a nice area to gather * modernise turnstiles * modernise the store * get some parking sorted perhaps where wendesdayite car park was and that old kwikfit/charlie browns bit *
Inspector Lestrade
Keep it the same but make it look like Spurs new ground if that's possible.

If/ when we get into the prem we are going to need more than 35,000. The last time we averaged more than 30,000 for a season was in 1968, we have only averaged over 30,000 for 10 seasons in total out of our 115 competitive seasons in league football, biggest being 1950-1954 peaking at averaging over 42,000 in 1953. We had 8 seasons in the "premier league" from 1992 - 2000 and our highest average for a season was 28,706 in 1997-98. 35,000 seats is plenty for now, well 35,002 as i will need 2 seats for my fat arse when i start going again if we ever go up, being a glory fan and all that.... That IS THE KOP. Spion Kop - site of a hill battle in South Africa. Anyway, so many miss the point. You can stay misty eyed behind your blue and white specs all you like - the stadium is a million miles away from modern 21st century grounds. And ultimately it's location really hurts us as a club. Our non match day revenues are worse than Rotherham FFS - because of lack of facilities AND location/transport links etc. IF DC gets us to the premier league and wants us to prosper and become a force in English/European football, it WON'T be at S6 . Sad but true, some people just don't wanna hear the truth, modern stadia are 7 days a week operations designed to make money from non football and matchday events as well as match-days, our current location hinders that... As for football only the South Stand is not a mess and aged, but even than inside the concourses looks narrow and starting to look worn but yeah history and all that ...... plus i hardly go any more so i shouldn't have an opinion Edited November 8, 2017 by steveger

The Night-Owl
Personally I prefer old iconic stadiums over the soulless new stadiums. I reckon it would be best to continue doing up Hillsborough and to modernise it something like the World Cup plans from a few years ago.

If we're that bothered about non match day stuff revenue....lets just buy/build an Arts Centre and Hotel in the middle of Town. Right near to the station. Double winner.
