But it is you and your moaning sort who keep dragging it up instead of letting things lay.   All your doing is keeping the issue at the forefront.  Most grownups let things go after a couple of days you keep stamping your foot and making a scene.

Get a grip pal. It's a forum for discussion. What I say on here affects nothing. Most 'grownups' as you put it can read between the lines and acknowledge you don't always get what you want.
