Id go and rescue Reda from non league

Could do worse than paying him on a pay-as-you play basis. He would not have been bullied, that's for sure. Though liable to give away the odd goal  he scores a few as well.

Probably too good for Eastleigh, but like Sasso, not a long term solution.

Personally I take the opposite view.

Lees Hutch is our optimal CB pairing.

Bringing in a new captain relegates Hutch to the bench.

In my opinion Sasso is the best solution. Knows the squad and will fill in but not necessarily a shoe in for the first team.

Shouldnt he be relegated to the bench if we find someone better?

You should stop judging what could be by what has already been

I'm judging Sam Hutchinson on his ability and in my opinion he is one of the best defenders in this league.

And as far as comparisons go  I'm old enough to have seen alot of wednesday players.

We won't find better.

So we can find no-one better than him in the whole footballing world?

Right.

Not fit enough to play at this level, reason he ended up in non league is everyone else was offering him pay as u play

Right.

That's just being ridicuous.

We could find better than Tom Lees in the whole footballing world.

Do you think we should do that too?

And Westwood perhaps?

If it's possible - then why not?

Your problem is that you are only judging the future by the past.

No manager in their right mind looks to fix what isn't broken.

Carlos has found a fantastic CB pairing and you are suggesting we replace them already?

We aren't Man City.

It does seem a gaping hole in CC usual impeccable planning.  First thing the fans say is that we need a CB cover.  If we mere fans can see this why hasn't the club?

I know you have to wait for the right player to become available but it's being an on going issues for a few weeks now and I'm very surprised that it's not been resolved.

I feel guilty for this small criticism of CC, hope everyone can forgive me.

Do really think the club haven't...really???

Finding players better then Tom Lees, Hutchinson, Loovens is not difficult. The difficult bit is finding players available and within our budget.

But have we have made a mistake in not signing reasonable cover before now and paid the price for a situation like last night.

I will not be over joyed if we resign Sasso on loan but if we are it should have been done about 3 weeks ago.

There you go again. Stuck in the past...at the very best, the present.

I'm absolutely suggesting we look to upgrade that partnership - as we should with all our players, and we have managed to do this Summer.

If it ain't broke, then break it. That's how your really move stuff forward.

Oh - and by the way - given Hutch's injury and suspension record its completely negligent not to have an at least adequate replacement for him

Big mistake this from CC.

how can you say it is his fault?

she's already gone on record on saying has no dealing with the transfer.

just says what players you needs and when they get them in works with them

Well i disagree.

You identify the weaknesses and strengthen there.

You don't find the strengths and look to replace them. That's not logical.

And the stuck in the past thing you keep coming out with is also nonsense. I think i'm capable of judging a player relative to other players.

Specifically to that point in bold I present to you Pep Guardiola who told me once that every three years you either need to replace the team or the manager, regardless of how successful they've been.

I think we can agree he's in his right mind.

So you don't think centre half is currently a weak point?

Again - why are you judging what could be by what we currently have? I just don't understand.

Also if you think CH is a strong part - then what's wrong with making the strengths stronger?
