Feel a bit sorry for Hooper, in the right lineup and formation he will get goals..just not sure if that will happen now for him at the moment. Must say having signed some next level quality in Abdi it seems odd to play him on the left. He'll do a job there but it's not what we paid all that money for. The price is not really the issue although I don't think anybody would pay anywhere near that money for Bannan and Lee Jones was a regular with Burnley in the prem and Abdi played 30 games last season for Watford Lee has never played at that level and Bannan could not get a regular game The issue is we need to improve the first 11. These are 2 key signings. If they are not good enough to improve our first 11 , which means they need to play, then they are bad signings. But even if they would go for more, it doesn't make them better players. Jones and Abdi's careers speak for themselves.
