Bannan one week, maybe Lee another, maybe Jones another It's not really about being dropped imo, it's a squad game, they will all miss games and all play games The only reason Bannan and Lee never got "dropped" is because we had nobody of a similar standard to allow us to rotate the squad, now with Abdi and Jones we have plenty of depth, and as a result we should have fresher players and get more out of them long term. Agreed, as much as we love him, I think we all noticed Lee drop off around two thirds of the way through the season last year... bloke had played so many games and running as he does he must have understandably knackered himself out. This allows us to drop either Lee or Bannan without losing that desire and quality. Also means we must now have officially the hardest working and fittest central midfields in the league... Lee, Bannan, Jones... and Abdi's hardly a slouch either.
