I actually prefer the new (old) badge, so that's something at least. And the white kit looks great - I'll be tempted to get that shirt if it looks nice in the flesh. It is the success of a team shapes how people see the kit longer term. If we get promoted it will become an iconic shirt. In this day and age shirts do change drastically. Take a look at the varied designs Barca have had ove the last 20 years. Bet they do not moan it is not the Stoickov shirts of the 90's. What I do object to is price. As a grown adult I would not rush to buy one but my Son has them. This time it is a no though as £49 is a step too far - queue me buying one tomorrow !! The Night-Owl Posted July 16, 2016 Share Posted July 16, 2016 The more I see the new home shirt with the new but old original club badge on it, the more I like it. But something is nagging me about the home kit and something I think might help heal some of the negativity about it. What I like about the home shirt is the retro simplicity of it but overall the new home kit doesn't look unique. That problem of uniqueness would've been helped if we had black shorts like the 1960's kit it is based upon had. I might be in a minority but I quite like the new home shirt, just wish the new home kit had black shorts or was more like the kit it was based upon, which had black shorts.
