Yes, it's horrible and always has been. That they didn't build a proper stand for the World Cup is a  big regret. It looks like something made by subbuteo. To say nothing of that bloody tunnel and all the horrors associated with it. It was grim and grizzly enough just to walk through at the best of times, even when it was new.
